HAIR | He has deep blue-ish hair that is cut in a “pineapple” style, meaning that much of his bangs are out of his face and there’s a plume of hair that spikes up atop his head. Over the years, he’s also grown a rather long ponytail. EYE | Chao has heterochromia, allowing for his right eye to be red and his left to be blue. ATTIRE | Chao generally wears his “work clothing”, which consists of a flat black fitted tuxedo with a deep green tie. He wears quite a few little trinkets made of metal, not so much for meaning, but to give himself a source of metal if he needs to bend quickly. When he’s not wearing his “work” clothing, he wears a plain white shirt, black leather vest, black pants and black boots. Not the most colorful outfit ever. ABNORMALITIES | Heterochromia. Quite the interesting family they were. His parents were both extremely caring people. Loving, nurturing. Everything Chao wanted or needed, he was given; but wasn’t spoiled. Once the boy was of learning age, his father began to teach the boy the bending art. His fathered aspired for his son to take the reigns as a Police officer later in life. The closest that Chao got was becoming a bodyguard hired on by the Police force. The war and refugees took their toll on his father’s mind and mentality. The man slowly broke down. Slowly tumbling into a realm of madness. He started breaking rules and bending the law to suit his needs. He began to be abusive, but not to his precious son. He would hurt his wife in secret and hide it from his son. But that plan didn’t last long. When Chao walked in on a beating, he exploded at his father. The two fought for a while, earth to earth, metal to metal. Everything came to a climax as Chao’s father nearly killed him, but stopped at the last minute and broke down. He had harmed his precious son. Chao lashed out at his father and pinned him to the ground, only in time for the police force to run in. Thus ended the reign of the Qiang as “honorable” police force officials. Chao stayed in a line of business that he was good at. He took up work as a personal butler and made a name for himself as just that. He was, more recently, contacted by the Water Tribes. Tasked with protecting someone of high importance. But… who could that be?
