Air Nomads and the United Republic of Nations are neutral and refuse to take part in the war. United Republic had expanded over the years to have their own territories in other nation for more peace and safety. Are you prepared to face the war? Or run away from it?

Why is it that a person is only allowed one character per account? It seems like that would make for a lot of account-making (which means emails, usernames, etc)... unless it's to discourage people from making a whole lot of characters or something.
